I am actually seeing what I've been seeing for quite some time. Practicing urology and urologic oncology for over 20 years, I saw a disproportionate number of patients who had prostate cancer were African American, as well as I saw that African American patients were having more adverse outcomes. And this has always been just disturbing. And some of it seemed to be related to factors of presenting with more advanced disease, but some of it seemed to be that regardless of the stage of presentation, the behavior of the disease just was more progressive.
